Quantitative Investment Analyst
We invite serious quant thinkers who are interested in real-life investments to join us as Quantitative Investment Analysts. The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of statistical theories and hands-on experience working with large data sets. He/She should be a quick learner, a clear communicator of abstract ideas and a good team-player. An advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., PhD in Statistics or Computer Science) and strong programming skills are required. Prior experience in investments, including passing CFA exams, is preferred.

Quantitative Researcher
Quantitative Researcher sought to perform in-depth financial research and analysis on companies and industries in order to develop and improve quantitative equity strategies. Utilize understanding of complex and advanced international economics and finance principles to initiate, develop, and execute research ideas for companies under coverage. Utilize optimization, statistics, and computerized tools, including Matlab and SAS, to perform quantitative and statistical analysis of financial data. Work with quantitative portfolio managers and researchers to develop, modify, and monitor trading strategies. Utilize economic education and experience to maintain complex financial models and to draft research reports and propose new direction for global statistics arbitrage strategies. Quantitative Trading and Operations
We invite applications from motivated individuals with strong computer and quantitative skills. We have an immediate opening in Quantitative Trading and Operations.

Ideal candidates should hold college degrees in a highly quantitative field. A high GPA from a top university is desirable. The person should also have solid computer programming skills, preferably in Visual Basic and MS SQL. Experience at a hedge fund or an investment company is a plus.

This position is responsible for forming trading portfolios based on existing quantitative models, communicating with senior portfolio managers, brokers, administrators, and counterparties about the trades, and improving the trading and operations systems. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and attention to details, and be organized, accurate, and effective in a team environment.

Director of Systems and Technology
Director of Systems and Technology sought to lead the development of financial systems including risk systems, analytics systems, trading systems, PnL systems, back office systems, and backtesting systems by using various of software and programs, as well as the daily maintenance of systems and hardware (computers, networks, printers, etc). Analyze, evaluate, and recommend commercially available software, hardware, and financial data. Supervise, and evaluate IT team members. Master’s degree in Information Science & Technology or Computer Science required.

IT Specialist/Administrator
We invite applications from motivated IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have at least one year experience in Network/Systems support or management, preferably with Microsoft Servers and Systems in the financial industry.

Qualifications:

	Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Server 2000/2003, MS Exchange server, Microsoft SQL server, Citrix, etc.
	Ability to coordinate other employees, vendors and consultants on IT-related projects including business continuity and disaster recovery.
	Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
